Crazy Color Back to Base Semi-Permanent Colour Remover, 45g
Take your roaring rainbows and pretty pastels back to their original blonde base in just 30 minutes or less. This creamy, non-drip formula will remove existing direct dyes and semi-permanent colour and take hair back to its pre-lightened blonde state. This allows you to start from a pre-lightened base to apply different colour shades or to assist in simply removing the colour to reveal a more natural base colour.
Key ingredients include Kaolin Clay, the Earth’s natural cleanser that gentle removes impurities without stripping natural oils. Hair is left feeling silky and healthy and not dry or frizzy.
NOTE: this sachet needs to be mixed with a 5, 10 or 20 volume peroxide to work on coloured hair. This product will NOT work on permanent colour.
This sachet has been developed for Crazy Color semi-permanent shades. Using this colour remover with a different semi-permanent colour brand may produce slightly different results.
1. In a non-metallic bowl, mix the complete sachet with 5, 10 or 20 volume developer, based on the client’s hair condition
2. Mix at a ratio of 1:2 in a well ventilated area to a smooth paste with a non-metallic application brush
3. Apply only to dry hair that has been pre-lightened and treated with direct dyes or semi-permanent hair colour
4. Process at room temperature for up to 30 minutes, checking every 5 minutes until desired result is achieved
5. Thoroughly rinse product from the hair, then shampoo followed by conditioner
Crazy Color was launched in 1977 in the midst of the punk rock explosion in Britain. In a time that anarchy and free expression ruled supreme, one hairstylist was growing tired of the same natural color palette. Renato Brunas was at the height of his hairdressing career and was set to push the boundaries of color even further when he developed a new range of rainbow shades. Thus Crazy Color was born and over 40 years later their ethos is the same – to express yourself unapologetically.
In every iconic pink bottle is a color that is ready to turn heads. Don‘t be the trend – make your own. Mix it your way to create a shade to match your style. Crazy Color’s range has expanded to 41 colors over the years and each decade gathers new fans. Each new and unique style shows that color has no limit.
