Phenom is a revolutionary flexible polymer polish and a photo-initiator finale shine top coat. When applied on top of each other a reaction is created that sets the polish with exposure to both indoor and outdoor natural light. NO need for a LED/UV Lamp, for this chip resistant polish that sets like a “gel”.
NO need for an LED/UV lamp for the “curing” process to take place. This chip-resistant polish with a “gel-like” shine which will last up to 10 days, removes within minutes. Phenom will become harder and shinier over time from the exposure to light.
The Phenom Polish System is the perfect manicure in 3 Steps:
- Step 1 – The Base – Apply two coats of any JESSICA CUSTOM BASECOAT (Reward, Rejuvenation, Critical Care, Recovery, Fusion, Restoration)
- Step 2 – The Colour – Apply two coats of any Phenom VIVID COLOUR. A revolutionary flexible polymer gives nails more flexibility to resist chipping.
- Step 3 – The Finish – Apply one coat of Phenom FINALE SHINE for a gel-like shine. Final Shine is a topcoat with a photo initiator that reacts together with VIVID COLOUR
to strengthen the polish bond along with exposure to natural light to produce a tougher, chip-resistant polish with superior gel-like shine.
Best Results Tips:
- Follow the basic JESSICA Nail Cultivation® Step by Step instructions
- Be sure to soak the nails before filing
- Nails should be smooth with no ragged edges, so polish does not chip or peel
- It is essential to do the proper cuticle prep: gently pushing back and removing excess skin on the nail plate allows for better adhesion of polish application
- Apply basecoat, colour and topcoat using 8-10 strokes and seal the edges
- Allow a few moments between coats to dry faster
- Enjoy a gel-like shine that lasts up to 10 days!
