Formulated for the highest lift on natural, virgin hair, no darker than a level 6, without the use of bleach. Great for first timers.
These shades create the lightest blondes possible while depositing tone. DO NOT USE WITH HEAT, OR ON PREVIOUSLY COLOURED, HIGHLIGHTED OR LIGHTENED HAIR. ULTRA HI-LIFTS can also be used as a base-break on darker levels.
